Delivery Information
Postage Rates: Standard Packaging & Postage is £5.99. Large package up to £14.99 depending on size.
EX large parcel e.g furniture , heavy items, items over 1 metre in size postage is on individual item price of items.
When items are in stock we aim to despatch the order within 2 - 7 working days, usually sooner. If we do not have your items in stock we will contact you to notify you on the estimated date of delivery and your order acknowledgement will show Backordered.
Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland does cost more and is £9.95 - we will email you and invoice you manually for the extra postage.
Selected European Countries - We are able to ship to EU Countries, but please ask for costing before order.
Overseas orders cannot be guaranteed, therefore we cannot take any responsibility for damaged items.
Please note, we will not instruct our drivers to leave parcels outside or without a signature all parcel are delivered via UPS or Parcelforce.
Methods of Payment We can accept the following payment methods through the Paypal Secure Server: Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron, Delta.

We usually answer any questions etc after 3pm as we are extremely busy in the warehouse packing parcels that are due to be collected that day. Please be patient we will answer you as soon as possible.
Orders placed after 1 pm will be dealt with the following working day.
Orders placed at weekends will be dealt with on Monday.
BESPOKE ORDERS
Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items. Bespoke orders do take a little bit longer as these are made to your requirements, please allow 7 to 14 days.
We want you to be happy with your purchases from Wisteria Barn Interiors.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was damaged. Please email us to discuss your return before posting back to us, this makes us aware that items are coming back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to take returns without prior email notice from yourself.
Goods that are received damaged by will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a series of requested photographs to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier. Without the required photographic evidence we are unable to make a claim.
If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will not be held responsible for damages reported after this period. Please email us at hello@wisteriabarninteriors.co.uk and we can discuss your returns prior to you returning the item.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately and in the original packaging to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Please ensure that you return the complete item as it was received by you, otherwise we will not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned goods.
All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in GBP, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.
We have done our best to describe our items correctly at the time of the items being listed on our website. All sizes/weights are approximate.
**SALE ITEMS & LIMITED EDITION - Items purchased from our SALE and Limited Editions are both non-refundable and non-returnable.
FURNITURE - Orders for furniture cannot be cancelled once a delivery date has been confirmed or less than 3 days from delivery date. Cancelled orders are subject to a £25 cancellation fee. Furniture deliveries are to the door, it is your responsibility to carry the items inside, WE ARE NOT INSURED to enter your property.
Delivery prices quoted are for furniture deliveries within a 25 mile radius of ST9. For and deliveries outside a 25 mile radius a delivery quotation must be confirmed. Local deliveries within 10 miles are free of charge.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any manufacturing fault occurring within 6 months of receiving your product, we will offer a replacement or a refund. After you have owned the product for six months the customer will be required to prove that the issue was there when they received the product and the fault is not due to ordinary wear and tear, or damage the customer caused, and that the product (or a component of the product) should have lasted longer than it did. We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to the result of normal wear and tear. Please make sure to adhere to all care instructions on a product page and any description on the product that alludes to organic, distressed, rustic or repurposed. If the item is not cared for as per our recommendations has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible and we will not be able to issue a replacement, an exchange or a refund. For electrical items, there may be extended guarantee through the manufacturer- please refer to original product packaging for more information.
